23.01.2022 Another 6 week challenge accomplished! Last night was amazing great time with the best people So so happy for everyone, we had some really good results this challenge and we have reached a few goals and more than that. Lots of hard work and dedication was involved, tears and sweat but it was worth it Congratulations again JFT team ... And the winner of this challenge with the most Body Fat % loss is: Mele Rea -3.5% and 4.7kg - Congratulations lovely And La Toya McSherry- most centimeters loss of 35cm and most weight loss of 7.7kg 6 weeks can make big difference in your life, don’t take time for granted. Learn everyday, try new things, love yourself, take care of yourself be happy and everyone that surround you will be happy too.

19.01.2022 Good afternoon everyone! As you would be aware from news reports this morning, there has been a positive COVID-19 at a school in Logan. As you would understand this now brings a positive COVID case to our backyard (so to speak). Just a reminder if you are not feeling well and if you have any symptoms of cold/flu (this includes the sniffles) let’s be safe and stay home, training from home on Zoom is a very good option.... I understand in some cases these are allergy based responses to the environment and the weather. In such cases we do need medical verification. On my behalf I will try my best to keep everything clean and sanitized in the shed. Thank you for understanding

04.01.2022 How Accurate Are Body Fat Scales? If you’re exercising regularly, making healthy food choices, and not seeing the scale budge, it may be time to assess your body fat percentage. When you’re trying to lose weight, measuring body fat is equally as important as measuring your overall weight.... That’s because healthy habits, like exercise, can build muscle. Increased muscle mass can make the number on the scale stay the same or, in some cases, increase, even if you’re losing fat and becoming more toned. One way to assess your progress is to step on a body fat scale. How do they work? Body fat scales are easy to use. You simply step on the scale, and the tool measures both your body weight and your estimated fat percentage. Such scales work with the help of sensors underneath your feet that use bioelectrical impedance. When you step on the scale, a small electrical current runs up through your leg and across your pelvis, measuring the amount of resistance from body fat. Then, the sensors in the scale measure the level of resistance that the current met as it travels back through your other leg. Depending on the type of body fat scale you have, the information can link up to your smartphone or smartwatch, as well as any fitness apps you might have. As a rule of thumb, greater body resistance means a higher fat percentage. This is due to the fact that fat contains less water than muscle, so it’s denser than muscle and more difficult for a current to travel through.

02.01.2022 I thank each and everyone who continue to support my small business. Things are really touch out there... Victoria's Secret declared bankruptcy. Zara closed 1,200 stores. Chanel, Hermes and Rolex have stopped production. Nike is getting ready for stage two of layoffs. AirBnb founder says that due to the pandemic, 12 years of effort were destroyed in 6 weeks. Starbucks announced the permanent closure of 400 stores.... And the list continues... Five months since the pandemic started and it has created huge debts, many of our friends and family are out of work and unemployed with tens of thousands of businesses now out of service. If the company you work for continues, no pay reduction or layoffs then treat it well and have respect for what the owner(s) must be going through to keep it going. 2020 is about survival, leave the daily complaints/moans and anything else minor behind, be thankful and show respect for what you have. Work hard and show your boss/owner/company the appreciation they need and deserve. And support any small business you know. *copied from elsewhere let’s spread it.
