23.01.2022 JumpStart w Rain For everyone in sunny Perth today we have rain Go figure!! Best thing about rain is it waters our gardens naturally, feeds our crops and animals and even the birds love it!! ... But the sound of rain just makes you feel mmmmmmm!! Snuggling in bed w your partner, a good book, Netflix ..... It is a calming sound for your soul so just sit and listen to it. Get the kids to do the same and appreciate the sound of rain. And then let them go play in it and you too. Fresh water Good for the soul Calming effects Add to that an Essential Oil Peace and Calming to the back of your neck and breath in deeply. 17.01.2022 JumpStart to See Do you stop and look at the little things often? Take a minute to look around you and I mean really look. Look at the colours of objects, their shapes, how have they formed/grown, what is their purpose or to just look and APPRECIATE ... People are always looking - they are looking for their next career move, to improve raising their children, their current or new relationship, how to be a better person or just to get to the end of the day. These do make us happy but with it comes stress, pressure from yourself or others and that is ok! What I’m saying is just now and then stop and look around you as this too will bring you a different type of happiness w less pressure!!

06.01.2022 JumpStart w Apples Bought a big bag of apples for only $2 - bargain! So decided to bake 2 cakes! Only thing I wasn’t feeling very motivated to do anything. Been to the gym and sauna early already but when you go home to an empty house it is quite daunting. To the point that I was feeling very down and alone. ... I put some music on (very therapeutic and gets you moving) and grabbed my essential oils. En-R-Gee, Abundance and Progessence rolled them on my Adrenals plus the diffuser was on w Thieves and Orange - fresh and uplifting! Immediately I was alert and wanting to be productive Yoohoo! 05.01.2022 JumpStart on anxiety So this morning I woke up w horrendous anxiety - damn it!! Made myself go to the gym and before the session applied En-R-Gee oil behind my ears and on wrists. My coach Dave was soooo impressed with me I think he was quietly surprised haha. I nailed the deadlifts ... The yoga session stretched my hip flexors so squats were so much easier today.
