24.01.2022 A place to dance, drink + keep dry under - The Fountain Bar. Big ups to Salters Hire Tasmania for their work this year, and marquees that ensured we could keep the good times flowing despite the drizzle - like during Bad Beef on Thursday.

23.01.2022 To our beloved Junction Community, It is with great disappointment that we announce that Junction's 10th Anniversary Festival and Artlands Conference that was to be held from 2-6 September will be postponed until 2021. Ongoing restrictions for gatherings and travel as well as the uncertainty as to when the COVID-19 pandemic will come to an end have created a very difficult and unknown environment for planning and developing new works for the Festival. The good news is that w...e will still get a chance to throw an amazing party for you all this year, once this period of isolation is over. We look forward to bringing our Tassie community an event later in 2020 when restrictions on gatherings are lifted, to unite our community and celebrate Northern Tasmania’s unique cultural offerings, artistic and culinary. We would like to thank the many artists we have been working with who were to be in this year’s festival and we will do everything possible to enable them to be a part of Junction Arts Festival 2021. Next year’s festival is shaping up to be an amazing celebration for Junction’s 10th anniversary, featuring special events and world premieres, while continuing our tradition of showcasing the work of Tasmanian artists. We will continue to keep you updated as we plan for Junction 2020 and beyond. Take care, stay home and we look forward to seeing you all for a celebration of Tasmanian art + music + performance later this year. The Junction Team
