22.01.2022 Last selfie of 2020 .. so glad to see the end of this chapter! Heading into a new year feeling extra grateful! For my children, my husband, my health, my friends and support system who have helped me navigate and survive this rocky 2020. 2021, whatever you bring... I’m ready for you! Looking forward to new milestones and adventures!

21.01.2022 Are you looking to start off the (better) year 2021 with a BANG? Join me as we relaunch Jungle Body Scene classes right here at Rossmoyne Bowling Club. Classes are designed to be FUN while we work out with disco lights, and help you get FIT and STRONG! Classes kick off this Tuesday evening 6.30pm! Designed for all ages, levels of fitness and coordination - both high and low impact options offered so you can work to your own level. For more info send me a PM.

11.01.2022 2020 has been an absolutely CRAZY year, for everyone! Many of us are still separated from our loved ones - I know my parents are desperately missing out on our twins - they've already missed most of the boys' first year. It's been tough on everyone - some more than others. And Christmas .. the time for family and loved ones .. well, that's going to be extra tricky this year. But what we need to do is shift our focus. Instead of dwelling on what we didn't get to do this year... - think about what the new year will bring, and be thankful for what we do have. For those of you that know my family's situation, the one thing that I am most thankful for is that all my beautiful 4 children are alive and well despite the year of health scares that we've had. The kids have not made this last year in my 30's very easy .. think they may have aged me more! So go out, enjoy Christmas and the holiday period with the loved ones that you ~can~ spend it with. Make the most of it!
