08.01.2022 ' I NEVER used to eat fruit. I would have a banana or some strawberries once every in a while but I wouldn't eat any other fruit Drink like 3 protein shakes a day and steamed chicken and broccoli but nothing with real vitality! I thought I would consume too much sugar & I also used to obsessively calorie count so I was obsessed with keeping my cals under a certain number. Holy moley I was soooo wr...ong Having worked in the health and fitness industry for some time they teach you no don’t eat that much fruit, etc etc!!! When I started to study nutrition and experiment with a more plant based diet with my Juicy products, I decided to see what eating more fruit specifically and a little less fat (fat is still important) would do for me. I am a hard one with no large bowel now and even before that fruit and vegetables was just too rough in my guts, so I would have to blitz up smoothies and juices! I noticed my energy increased, I lost weight, my digestion improved, my skin cleared and I just seemed so much happier. I was just more high vibe When you feed your body the beautiful food it’s designed to eat, the natural foods that this earth provides us with, incredible things begin to happen at both a molecular level and physical. Because I was finally fueling my body with what it needed & I began to nourish my cells with raw living vitamins and minerals from the simple sugars from fruit...
