23.01.2022 Five years ago we made the move from the beautiful Yarra Valley in Victoria to the gorgeous Atherton Tablelands. Our dream was to build a BnB. We did that with help from our amazing and talented friend Donna who designed the renovation, colours and style. This orchid was spotted by Donna and we rescued it from the middle of the creek. It blooms around Sept/Oct each year. Not sure what species it is but we call it Donnas orchid, it means a lot to us.

22.01.2022 The Australian Platypus a must ‘try to find’ at Peterson Creek in Yungaburra. Most people just go to the viewing area to try and find one but you need to go under the bridge and walk the track a little ways. This one was spotted just near the bridge.
