Maybe you are studying PE Teaching, sports science OR early childhood education and care? ABOUT JUNIOR GOALS:... At Junior Goals we are truly passionate about engaging with children and our programs are designed to be exciting, educational and most of all FUN. Our coaches are humble and down to earth, and strive to make a difference in children’s lives. We are looking for individuals who share the same passion and enthusiasm that makes Junior Goals a truly wonderful environment to work in. LOCATIONS: Junior Goals run soccer programs for children aged 3 and up all over Perth. We run sessions during the day at daycare centres, schools, OSHC and after-school/ weekend locations. POSITIONS: Casual and Part Time Positions Available (approx 10 - 15 hours depending on availability) The Perfect Candidate: *Ideally you will have experience in working with children. We have a variety of different programs for children between ages 2 - 11, and a few different positions available. *Experience in coaching soccer is definitely a plus, and you must love working with kids of all ages most importantly. *You will be able to engage with children as young as 3, and don't mind using puppets and props and acting a bit "silly"! *You need to have a "can-do" attitude, be able to problem-solve, and think quick on your feet to keep the children entertained! "Super Coach" Requirements: *Minimum 1 year experience with working with children *Passion for sport* *MUST have Working with Children's check *Drivers License & CAR ESSENTIAL - this job requires you to drive between locations and carry your own equipment. *Availability - Variety of sessions during school hours, afterschool and weekends. 03.01.2022 Huge congrats to this superstar! It has been 12 months since we have introduced the 'strap system' into our program. In our sessions for 6-12yrs, they wear the straps on their opposite (weaker) leg. As they become better technically, they move to a different colour.... It has been a huge success & integral in developing players in our program! After 12 months, we have our first star on the final strap colour!
