24.01.2022 U18 BOYS! What a way for this bunch of boys to end their squad season.... DIV 5 CHAMPIONS State Championships... teams aren’t sent away already champions they are sent away simply for the experience and work their way through the ranks playing teams from all around the place. Bailey Kemp Thankyou so much for putting your hand up to take these boys on in such an up and down Covid preseason.. your knowledge,patience and mannerism you bring to the game is exceptional and we... all appreciate you Lizz Kelly every year you put your hand up (sometimes) don’t get a choice to team manage, your efforts are endless. To the boys whom some this was their last ever junior representative season we hope you have all enjoyed the program and continue on with your basketball through our CBL Mens program. 22.01.2022 Attention posts like this are never easy to make..... we will be postponing all squad trainings/tryouts to an unknown date... but let’s just say we are staying as positive as we can and it will be sometime soon in the near future with Stage 3 restrictions coming in, it takes away the choice of putting you back on the courts.... Kids along with your physical health, your parents and grandparents health it is our #1 priority..... and this includes mental health.... as yo...u are encouraged in any normal season amongst our little squad family talk it out.... I’m always available to listen, our amazing coaching staff and committee members are always contactable. Always remember Basketball isn’t gone, you can still practise and keep up your skills in your own backyard, Keep a Basketball in your hand, reminisce on last season and the great moments and never take what we have had for granted.... we will be back when it’s safe for everyone #staysafe #stayathome Cheers Belinda See more
