19.01.2022 Monday 26 October 2020 | Flowers forming Great excitement! At little more than two-years-old, our first-planted juniper (J. Communis) are beginning to form flower buds. It is from these that the berries will grow. It's the sign we've been waiting for... confirmation that the conditions are right... that the site selection, preparation and ongoing care of our crop is on track. 11.01.2022 Friday 25 September 2020 | More Planting This now two-year-old self-fertilising juniper (J. Communis) was held back from planting last year and has spent the past thirteen months in a 10" pot. It's done very well for itself, putting on nearly two feet in height and developing strong roots, which needed gentle unfurling before planting. Today it joined its friends at its forever home on our property in Central Victoria.... #JuniperAustralis #CentralVictoria
