10.01.2022 May you have peace in this uncertain and crazy world I’m thinking about my grandmother and her yelling these words out at me as a kid whenever I got jealous because someone had a better barbie doll house or a cool squeaky Mickey Mouse jumper. She’s not doing too well and is on the other side of the world. . I also remember these words, quietly coming out of her, when we went to fetch some water and returned with holes in our skirts.
