I use this 'LEE KUM KEE' chinese chicken stock for most of my Chinese cooking. Sauce for 3~4 vinegar 5 tbsp soy sauce 4 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp Chinese chicken stock 1/2 tbsp (grated roasted sesame)

Salmon Meuniere Ingredients:... salmon fillets, salt & pepper, flour sprinkle salt and pepper on both side of salmon fillets lightly coat salmon with flour oil the pan, cook on medium heat, turn them over, cook on low-medium heat with lid on. Topping: lemon zest, butter, caper, soy sauce cut lemon zest and caper finely mix them all, place it on cooked salmon put sliced lemon on top

My family liked it very much I need to create more variety for my daily cooking. 06.01.2022 My son picked hundreds of kumquats at his grandpa's garden I made kumquats honey jam. I'll be using this for, hot drink, yogurt, mix with sake cooking condiment etc etc Healthy addition to our family ... Ingredients: 1kg kumquats, 500g honey rinse kumguats make few scores in kumquats skin boil them in a pot on medium heat for 5minutes and drain water pour water over boiled kumquats ALMOST covering all kumquats, add honey boil on low heat until liquid reduced to almost half the amount. need to stir every now and then
