24.01.2022 Thank you to everyone that supported our annual combined training day. Please find final results attached. Hope you all had a fun day and please don’t hesitate to shoot us a PM if you have any suggestion. Thank you to Louise Allen our wonderful judge, Derek Allen penciller extraordinare, To Hannah Ferber for the wonderful catering and last but not least Anne Hollick who is patiently teaching me how to score Events. Special mention also to Adelaide Hills Landscape and Fodd...er for supporting our event and enabling us to give all winning ponies a yummy bag of pellets. 22.01.2022 You heard right, all quiz tables are booked - however don’t let that hold you back. There are so many great items up for grabs in both the live auction and the silent auctions, it’s still well worth your time to come along for the evening, chat to friends in the foyer (and at the tables between quiz rounds), bid on some items and relax with a drink or two (BYO). Gold coin donation for those attending the auction only, with those funds directed to the CFS foundation.

22.01.2022 What a fantastic night at our JCPC Fundraiser Event. Thank you to all that attended and supported the evening, and your generosity with purchasing our Auction items. We had over 70 items up for grabs. I would especially like to thank the following people/ businesses. Echunga Memorial Institute - Free Hall Hire Joe Mignone - Entertaining Events - Ran the evening and Quiz, No Charge ... Andy Keach - Auctioneer, No Charge Echunga CFS - Supplied a Unit and Volunteers attended at the beginning of the event. Big thanks to everyone that donated items for the evening, much appreciated. Adelaide Hill Party Hire - Free use of chairs Trudi, Liana, Nikita, Beth & Nicola did a fantastic job on stage assisting Andy, taking care of the prizes and running the raffle. Lastly to Bronnie Juett and all the Jupiter Creek Committee. Everyone put in a massive effort to bring this night together. Once we tally the funds raised, we will list the total on this post. Catering available with coffee, food, drinks etc... We have called summer uniform. Ie competition joddies with smart shirt/polo for EA riders and club polos for Pc riders. Plaiting is optional

12.01.2022 Thank you to everyone that supported our freshmans evenings over summer. We look forward to bringing you some more fun events during the year - including our combined training day in February If anyone wishes to school over the jumps, Brosten Meadows hires their SJ facilities for $15 per horse for as long as you need (no hourly rate). The SJ and XC facilities are also available for hire, including water jump, ditches and bank (additional fees for using xc course). These funds are used to further upgrade the facilities, including more planned xc jumps......

As the weather is going to be warm, a reminder that PC polo’s are encouraged for all PC classes and ordinary polo’s encouraged for open classes. Plaiting of horses is optional Gates open 7:30am Secretary shed open 8am... Please remember sponges to sponge off horses as hose/bucket washing is not permitted Any questions don’t hesitate to ask

10.01.2022 UPDATE: WOW all tables booked out in 24 hours (pending payment of 2) Jupiter Creek PC Committee have revised our Fundraiser Night to offer maximum support (by all money raised) to be gifted to the wider SA community that have suffered loss due to the devastating fires these last few weeks. The Cook family (our starting point for the fundraiser) has received amazing and generous support already from the hills community. They feel that others, that may not have been so lucky... could do with the benefits of this Fundraiser more than themselves. We will now be hosting a Quiz Night/Auction Evening, this will give us a better chance to raise more money with all proceeds going directly to the Bush Fire Appeal (and CFS Volunteers via a ticket entry fee) Revised Date: Fri 7th Feb. Venue: Echunga Memorial Institute. Tables of 10 will be set up for bookings, so bring your friends for a fun night. We have a fabulous Auctioneer Andy Keach arranged to manage our auction items, ranging from $20 to $2000 in value. We also have the kind support of Joe Mignone from Entertaining Events hosting the Quiz and Entertainment side of things.
