16.01.2022 Winter on the Jurlique Farm gives our field crew time to reflect and plan for the upcoming harvesting season. Even though there are fewer flowers to harvest, there are many things that require attention. From reviving and preparing the soil, and planting winter plants like Chamomile, Daisy and Viola. Cherie Hutchinson, our Jurlique Farm Manager snapped these frosty pics! With only 10 days until Spring we look forward to our plants and trees bursting to life again.

13.01.2022 Winter on the Jurlique Farm means that while our Spring/Summer Flowers are resting and recharging, our Winter Flowers begin to flourish! Violets dislike the hot summer conditions in South Australia; their growth slows down and the leaves get burnt from the hot sun. In the cooler months they come back to life starting to thrive in late March April and we hand pick the flowers during the winter months. Our Farm Manager, Cherie Hutchinson, tells us that the flowers have a very sweet floral scent. So when spritz our Sweet Violet and Grapefruit Hydrating Mist, youll be instantly transported to our Sweet Violet fields on our Farm.
