23.01.2022 Good article with some starting points for people

23.01.2022 Managing a book keeping and accounting practice relies on having great software to work with for both my clients and the practice. Juro Business Services have been using Xero for a number of years. The major benefit that I see with my clients is their ability to utilise the software. I have a number of clients that I have transitioned from paper based systems to cloud based systems. Being able to take a photo of a receipt and add it via an app to Xero for a lot of client...s is a game changer. No need to keep the receipt, no lost receipts. Quoting via the same app is a breeze. We can assist you with set up, ongoing services, BAS lodgement and ASIC requirements. Call us today on 0432 391 504 to speak to us and find out how we can free up your time. Like and share Juro Business Services to go into a draw to receive a double pass to Peninsula Hot Springs.

15.01.2022 I have recently seen an increase in the number of Finance people advising people on how to maximise their tax position, planning and the likes. If you would like a referral to someone qualified in any of these areas please let me know and if I cant help you I will put you in contact with someone who can. Brokers, Financial Planner and Accountants all require to have a standard of qualifications. Make sure that who you are talking to has the right qualifications. If they don't they should not be "advising" you on these areas.

14.01.2022 The tax agent who advised a man to claim his 7-year-old son as a work expense has struck again. This time, he tried to claim $10,000 in overtime meals. While another tried to claim $30,000 for driving a Maserati from work to university.

12.01.2022 Temporary relief for financially distressed businesses The economic impacts of the Coronavirus and health measures to prevent its spread could see many otherwise profitable and viable businesses temporarily face financial distress. It is important that these businesses have a safety net to make sure that when the crisis has passed they can resume normal business operations. One element of that safety net is to lessen the threat of actions that could unnecessarily push them in...to insolvency and force the winding up of the business.
