24.01.2022 Where do I start?! Firstly thank you to Jackie Jones for asking me to cater for the Corrigin Rotary Club's 50th Anniversary celebration yesterday. It was an absolute honour and so glad you enjoyed all the food. A massive thank you to the best mother in law in the world, Jo MacGregor, who didn't stop all day in the kitchen with me. You are the best. To Laura Marriott & Rochelle Keillor for your help in the kitchen also and for getting all the food out hot & safely. To everyone in Corrigin who lent me ramekins. Thank you. I feel so lucky to live in such a wonderful town with such wonderful people. Lastly thank you to Mum & Dad for having Oscar. It really is soooo appreciated.

I had a ball cooking for you all & can't thank my little helpers enough - Caitlyn Burling, Laura Marriott, Taryn Dayman, Sharon Jacobs & Camille Tippett. You were just FANTASTIC! Couldn't have done it without you! PS very excited for Corrigin's Rec Centre to be finished after cooking in Kulin's Freebairn kitchen!!

17.01.2022 Thank you to The Windmill Newspaper Committee for allowing me to cater their luncheon today! A special congratulations to Julie Ling, who today has published her last Windmill. Thank you for all your wonderful years as Editor & President. You're one marvellous woman Jules!

What an 'awesome' surprise High Tea that the gorgeous DOF's Laura Marriott, Bree Comp, Sarah Nicholls & Susie Wass organised for the fabulous Val Downing this afternoon who after 42 years of teaching at Corrigin District High School has decided to retire & enjoy life after school. Thank you for allowing me to cater for it ladies. I was truly honoured & couldn't think of anyone more I would have wanted to do it for than my second mum, Mrs D xxx

13.01.2022 Happy Wedding Day to Mr & Mrs Luke & Kate Webster! The Bush Races marquee looked magnificent as did you both & your bridal party! Firstly a huge thank you to Jo Courboules & Anna Squiers for all your help the couple of days prior to the wedding. I couldn't ask for better friends. <3 To my sidekicks in the kitchen Rachael Leggett, Jo Mac, Jane Peden, Lisa Bell & Tina Mayney - you girls were AMAZING & I couldn't have done it without you. Enjoy your masssges in Bali - you've well & truly earnt them! I had a super great weekend with you all. <3 And to my mummy & daddy for having my little boy whilst I did all this - thank you sooo much. You really are THE BEST! <3 So time for a rest now after a super busy catering month and to concentrate on finishing growing this beautiful little brother or sister for Osc! xx

05.01.2022 Now you see it, now you don't! Chinese at the Corrigin Street Party sold out in 50 minutes!! Hope those who lined up and got some enjoyed it and next year I'll double or triple quantities! Obviously 15kg just wasn't enough! Merry Christmas everyone and thanks for your overwhelming support!

05.01.2022 Just a reminder that Just A Little Bit Fancy will be holding a Chinese Stall outside of Corrigin IGA tomorrow night for the Corrigin Street Party. Come and get your Sweet & Sour Chicken, Mongolian Beef and my special Pork & Rice - all $10 a dish and served with plain rice, fried rice or noodles. See you there!

02.01.2022 A massive thank you to my little Giggle Pots Jo Courboules, Sarah Nicholls, Heather Talbot, Karen Wilkinson & Amanda Pritchard for helping out at the Golf Club Windup last night. You girls are amazing and everything just ran so smoothly! Needless to say I think everyone enjoyed their food looking at the very clean & empty plates! Thank you to the Golf Club for once again asking me :)
