17.01.2022 5 weeks of PT and I’ve lost 4 kgs amd 38cm. Lee has lost 4.1 kgs and 35cm and we are very happy as you can see. It’s not been easy it really is all about mindset and determination. We still have a ways to go to in both weight loss and choosing healthy eating but we are getting there, thanks to Caz @cc_personaltraining
14.01.2022 I’ve been talking about the children’s book I’ve written that I’m getting published. At the moment the illustrator has finished all the sketches and is now getting all the colour added and details done. I wanted to give you a sneak peak at my first page. So here it is, the first page from my first soon to be book called A Walk Like No Other! Doesn’t it look awesome! I’m so excited.

10.01.2022 What a crazy month we have had! With COVID we pretty much lost 90% of our business, that being cleaning houses and all my staff stopped working, fair enough I don’t blame them! The only thing Lee and I could do was mow lawns as we could do that without seeing anyone! So we mowed and mowed. Now, our cleaning business is back on track, my staff are back and we’ve hired a couple more cleaners and another mowing lady. Things are starting to look up! We have another couple of ave...nues our business is going down and it’s exciting and a little scary. We’ve gone from just Lee and I to now a team of 9. It’s been hard work and definitely a steep learning curve but with help from some great friends we are on the move again! So even if things are looking low, hang in there. Trust in yourself, work hard and Just B 100% U. For you are amazing and worth every opportunity that comes your way!! JUST B YOU

02.01.2022 After having a week or two off my training due to what I thought was back pain, caused by a fall, turns out I have quite a bit of arthritis throughout my body.
