10.01.2022 I continue to think deeply about our current new way of life, the impact for adults and children, and ways to embrace it . I feel this is a wonderful opportunity to think differently, work at changing our mindsets, and continue to make positive and different choices. By asking ourselves, optimistically, "What am I choosing to do and feel each day?", will enable us to continue to share appreciation and happiness to ourselves, family and community. As Ralph Waldo Emerson said, "What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us." Stay safe.

05.01.2022 I am planning and thinking about my documentation processes for 2018. What is documentation of children's learning really? Is it pictures of children engaged in experiences. I think not. It is capturing the thinking process , the motivation that helped children begin their inquiries . The reader needs to understand what the child attempted and how they went about it. How do you see documentation?
