Summary of key changes to the Neighbourhood Residential Zone Increasing the maximum building height from 8 metres to 9 metres with a new 2 storey height limit. Provisions to allow for slightly higher buildings on sloping land will remain. Councils will still be able to set an alternative maximum height, which must be more than 9 metres.... 02.01.2022 Today we received instructions from a selling agent that they are Auctioning a property this coming weekend as they forgot to write to us 5 weeks ago and advise of the clients selling their property. Our team going above and beyond shall be delivering those Contracts to the agent fully completed in less than 24 hours......tomorrow morning. With No thanks from the agent i say a big Thank you to the wonderful staff who have a real care of their clients needs....
