06.01.2022 COVID -19 Update: Id like to let you know what we are doing here to protect you, our customers. Weve increased our daily cleaning routines, including more frequent hand washing and cleaning of equipment. (Happy birthday to me gets sung alot here at the moment) Although I must say, cleaning our equipment is paramount to making great candles so we were already doing a pretty thorough job, now even more so.... Our lovely courier Sam, scans our boxes at the van and picks up our boxes from a designated area. Our local market has been cancelled due to COVID-19 however, they are testing a new way to still have the market online @yambarivermarkets this Sunday. Ill post more about that soon, hopefully it will be a great way to #supportsmallbusiness We have 2 sold out workshops and more people asking about our next ones which is fantastic. Well be monitoring the situation as it changes and Ill make a decision closer to the event, both our events are for 20 guests in April and May. We may need to postpone or cancel these events, due to COVID-19 Ill be in touch personally with the guests and will be offering our customers the opportunity to receive a credit or refund. Obviously, being a small business Id love you to use your credit to purchase candles for yourselves or as gifts for loved ones or come to our rescheduled event. It will be your choice & Ill keep you informed as soon as I make a decision. In the meantime, Im pouring candles & Ive been working on a few new things. Yesterday, I sent a gift to someone special from a customer who tried and loved our candles at Christmas. I sent the gift direct and added their own personal note to the gift tag, (when its a gift I send a pic to the purchaser so she can see what her friend will receive.) I was doing a happy dance all day from just one person being lovely and supporting me I cant wait till her friend receives her gift & it all goes around again. Stay safe & be kind to each other.
