15.01.2022 IMPORTANT UPDATE Just Express Deliveries would like to advise all customers of the progress of the new system and delivery products. Unfortunately due to the public holiday in some states across Australia, we have not been able to launch some of our new system or new delivery products. As a result of this delay, we have decided to continue using the current dashboard until Wednesday morning. This will ensure that the new system launch will be performed without causing any fur...ther inconvenience to our customers, but still offer the current booking functionality. Wednesday morning will mark a special milestone for all customers, as we will commence a new phase in developing delivery products which our customers have asked for. Over the next 10 days, our target is to launch the remaining features and functions you can to enjoy, like on the old Just Express Deliveries system.... This includes the new air satchel product, which is similar to the old auswide product. Which we know many of you can't wait for it to return. But it won't be stopping there, as our plans are to take the new system to a whole new level. New features, system tools and the next generation of technology. 05.01.2022 IMPORTANT FEEDBACK Just Express Deliveries would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone for the feedback and questions. One of the key points mentioned is the limited time of change to the auswide products and communication period.... We would like to confirm that this change has actually been forced by a supplier, who has given us no time to change or even communicate to you our customers. As we have always remained transparent, you were notified within hours of our knowledge. The cause of the change has always been the issue of additional or hidden charges, which our supplier was not willing to resolve. We remain confident the new Auswide product will provide the same level of value, however please be aware that the continuation of the old product would have inclueded the following charges; - Increased satchel rates of 28% - No more flat rates (as onforwarding charges applied) - PO Box charges - Redelivery fees increased - Minimum pick up fees - Minimum spend fees - No residential pick ups - No cartons as flat rates - Increased fuel and security surcharges Whilst we receive emails and feedback, please be assured that we will respond and assist with any questions you may have.
