17.01.2022 1. Acknowledge that you don’t know what to say and that it is hard for you to talk about what you’re going through. E.g. "I don’t really know how to say this and I find it really difficult to talk about what I’m feeling." 2. Communicate as clearly as you can about what support you think you might need; E.g. I’m not coping, and I need help figuring out what to do about it. 3. Consider talking to your GP ... By sharing how you are feeling and what's going on in your head, you’re also forming closer connections with your friends, family, and the people you trust.

16.01.2022 When haters go after your looks and differences, it means they have nowhere left to go. And then you know youre winning! I have Aspergers syndrome and that me...ans Im sometimes a bit different from the norm. And - given the right circumstances - being different is a superpower. Im not public about my diagnosis to "hide" behind it, but because I know many ignorant people still see it as an "illness", or something negative. And believe me, my diagnosis has limited me before. Before I started school striking I had no energy, no friends and I didnt speak to anyone. I just sat alone at home, with an eating disorder. All of that is gone now, since I have found a meaning, in a world that sometimes seems meaningless to so many people. #aspiepower #neurodiverse #npf

10.01.2022 At this time its important to keep physically distant from people, but remember not to socially isolate yourself. Reach out to family, friends, co-workers, sup...port networks or neighbours as often as you can. Exercise is not only good for the body, but good for the mind as well. 07.01.2022 An oldie but a goodie Everything I need to know about life,Ive learned from dementia. 1. Even a half good day is a good day 2. Stop looking for answers from ...others and find your own. 3. Learn to develop a sense of humor no matter how black it may be. 4. Life is a public journey. You cant do it all by yourself so when strangers or friends offer help accept thank profusely and move on. 5. You will find yourself shocked and humbled by the strength of others and saddened by the weakness of some. 6. Theres no room for ego. How you feel matters very little in the grand scheme of things so get over it. 7 Happiness is important but doesnt trump safety. 8. Memories arent promised so make and enjoy them While you can. 9. You will be blamed often for things you have no control over. Suck it up and keep smiling. And above all love
