01.01.2022 JUST ANOTHER HURDLE (OR BRIDGE) - Sorry long, passionate post ahead! Wow! Just when we thought there was light at the end of the Covid-riddled tunnel it throws... us another curve ball. Here in Echuca Moama we are in quite a unique situation where we live across two states, two states which are linked by one bridge and that bridge is now closed in to NSW; open only to those with the correct permits. As residents we are able to travel back and forth (travel times are slow though) however so, so many of our amazing couples can not. Sadly this is impacting terribly on what has already been a very tough year for the wedding industry. If you are planning on getting married in our gorgeous area we do ask you to think seriously about booking local EM suppliers for all aspects of your wedding. Not only do we know the town, the venues and each other extremely well, but you will be helping to support the people and families in our small community. We can guarantee that every vendor you find in our pages is a local supplier and any booking you make with them keeps our twin towns alive and thriving. We hear the phrase Shop Local used all the time and we obviously agree wholeheartedly. It’s the ethos behind why we created Loved Up EM, however now, more than ever, we really need this to happen or we may lose many of the gorgeous local vendors that bring so much to the vibrant wedding industry in our towns.
