03.01.2022 Just Kits has been supplying our clients with stylish, reliable and economical steel framed houses and garage kits from the company’s factory in Hervey Bay for more than forty years. Our frames are welded or screwed together depending on the design and area wind loading. One of the most distinctive features of our house kits is that they are ready to erect either on a slab or steel frame floor system for both low and high set homes. The wall frames are pre-fabricated and asse...mbled in our factory and delivered to site ready to stand up. The pre-fabricated wall frames are constructed from BlueScope Lysaght steel used for quality and peace of mind. Most of our designs feature living areas with raked ceilings and flat ceilings to bedrooms and other areas of the home. Just Kits can supply your new home as a kit, built to lock up stage or fully completed to a turnkey home ready to move into. Just Kits can build to your own plan or you can choose from the many plans available from Just Kits one, two, three or four bedroom designs. Just Kits plans and designs are very flexible and can be varied to suit your particular requirements. The floor system frames and trusses are made and supplied in panels and not delivered in pieces so the kits require no on site pre-assembly making the frames easy to stand up and erect. The kits supplied by Just Kits come with engineering. The built to lock up and fully completed homes come with the engineering including building approval. All Just Kits house kits and houses come with a conditional Lysaght 50 year guarantee.
