02.01.2022 Local couple from Kurrajong celebrated their twins naming day and honoured Just Platters by choosing US to create a luncheon for 120 guests and design a memorable cake for two on the big day. The theme for the day was Butterflies.... The twins had butterflies released at the end of the formal speeches that flew off as a means of celebrating life. 02.01.2022 Late 2010 "Just Platters" were invited to cater for Elaine and Ron's 50th Wedding Anniversary. Together we discussed many food options and dietary needs AND designed a selection of delicious platters including the traditional cold meat platters along with a modern cuisine to satisfy all tastes and age groups. We organised the tables, chairs, glasses, balloons and flowers and all the essentials for a comfortable day of celebrations, ensuring there were plenty of tissues for ...the speeches.
