15.01.2022 We have been very quiet over the Christmas and new year period but we are back and getting ready for our first comp this year. We are off to Hervey Bay on the Australia day long weekend for our first comp of the year. Can’t wait to get out and bbq some great food.

02.01.2022 Done and dusted with the kilcoy BBQ compition. What a great weekend away we have had with the guys in the team and paul and angi from Greenwood Farm coming out on the Saturday. We learnt a lot and turned in all four proteins. For the lamb we came in 5th, for the pork ribs we came in 8th, for the beef ribs we came in 11th and for brisket we came in 6th. This gave us an overall of 9th for the comp. The new sauces were amazing and suited out dishes perfectly. Here are a couple of shots from the weekend and I'll put some more up of our other turn in boxes soon.
