16.01.2022 Just Recieved this from an Opposition Trailer Dealer and fully Support it ! Hi Guys, For the past 8 years I have bought and transported Sydney built box trailers out of Yennora NSW to Hattonvale and am getting tired of educating the kids about Chinese rubbish trailers which are built from low carbon steel, substandard Galvanizing etc. Good to see youre website highlighting this imported crap that is crippling our local industry. These white shoe importers generally have no ...workshop skills or equipment for that matter. Just out for an easy dollar with no regard for our own industry and workers. Hopefully the public will begin to wise up to Chinas antics and start boycotting the crap which will see our local products start to make a comeback. I have always refused to transport or stock Chinese crap as like you, principles overrule income. Even an Indian customer told me once its important to support your own country. He was more Australian than some of the twits I deal with as he left with his new Australian made trailer. We can only hope that when this is over people think twice about where they ultimately want their money to end up. Australian Pacific trailers is also having a go with local built Gal trailers to go against the imported stuff. Interesting times ahead and I hope people wise up and support local industry and jobs. Trump was the only politician to stand up to China by introducing tariffs to protect American industry. Not the case here but I think after this the sheeple may have learnt a valuable lesson in protecting their own countrys industries first. Adrian patiently listened to my rambling description of what I wanted for our kayaks and somehow managed to... understand me and made us EXACTLY what we wanted.
