24.01.2022 One of the things I struggle most with is deciding what to eat. Let's share with others what today's lunch was. Maybe we can get some different ideas to our same old thing every day. Today's Lunch was kale slaw with chicken, avacado mayo and cracked pepper (I have pepper on every thing lol ) in baby cos lettuce leaves. What did you have ?



22.01.2022 You know I'm all about making the healthier choice where we can. Everyone loves 2 minute noodles especially kids ! Below is a comparison of the plain chicken noodles compared to the wholegrain ones. The biggest difference you will see is the fat content. The plain has 16.6g The wholegrain only 1.3 g The whole grain is almost half the calories and sugar too.

I do feel like I let you all down though by not reading how the votes are counted :( But it's ok, because all your love and support was still there Congrats to Lambert Karate Dojo & Family Fitness Centre's, Lace Cosgrove PT, Fitness My Day PT and all the other fitness businesses that were nominated. It's so good to see so many wonderful local businesses striving to make the community a fitter and healthier one .

18.01.2022 Happy international women's day. I have been so very blessed to be able to work with and be surrounded by so many amazing, inspirational and beautiful women for that past 15 years. Thank you to all my current and past clients for choosing me to be a part of your lives.



17.01.2022 One of the main reasons I do what I do is so I can be there to be that person to build someone up , be their strength and support when they don't have any. I want every person to feel proud of themselves , feel worthy and feel not alone in this world. One of my beautiful clients had a re test done today, our first session back with each other face to face since iso. She was so shocked at her results thinking she wouldn't have done so well with our zoom sessions. Now she is ...a little shy, very low confidence, she would not take a compliment. I'm going to call her D in this post to keep her aynonamous, but I know she will see this post and secretly have a cry at the support she gets . She lives here all alone, having moved here last year with her partner but he up and left for someone else. So she has little friends here, no family no support etc. I'm a asking if you can all show her her some love and a pat on the back. In 12 weeks she lost 8 kilos ! Reduced her body fat by 5 % and increased her muscle by 2% When she started she couldn't do one push up from her toes and now can do 30 full ones ! She doubled her plank time Couldn't do a full sit up but now can do 21 full ones in a min. Went from 8 step in and out burpees to 12 advanced level ones in a min. She smashed it, but doesn't think so ! In her mind she still sees how far she has to go, she still has that critical voice in her head she isn't good enough, she isn't worthy of it. So let's help build her up, let's all support and encourage her, and make her see how proud she should be ! See more

17.01.2022 This guy's is why I have not started classes back up yet! I knew there were going to be restrictions again and didn't want to restart and then have to stop a few weeks later, disrupting us all! But hang in there, I have not forgotten about you. I miss classes, especially boxing just as much as you do. This is only a tiny blip in the grand scheme of your health and fitness journey. Please remember I am always here for you to still support you and give you encouragement . The Save your sanity group is still running for that extra support too .

13.01.2022 It is with great sadness to let you all know our beautiful Paul that we adopted has passed away . I would like to thank you all that come to the charity class to raise funds to adopt this little guy. RIP Paul x

This ia such a stressful time for most, now especially when a lot of people have lost their jobs :( I feel it's so important to keep up our exercise, it boosts our immune system, it boosts our happy hormones and it just make you feel less stressed. 06.01.2022 I can't believe it has been a year since the beautiful Teah Calvert has gained her wings. I promised every year that I would name a client of the year in honour of her name and memory. This year I would like to give it to Katie Napper-Miller,thank you for being one of those clients that every Pt wishes hey had. You always put in 100% with everything you do. I have loved seeing you grow as a person this last year and I can't wait to see what you can achieve this year.

03.01.2022 Hello gorgeous people. I know this is all a very uncertain and anxious time for all. So where I can provide a little calm and clarity for you all I will . At this stage we are quiet lucky that I am a small outdoor group training business. Fitness Austalia has sent me this thismorning. There will be some class modifications especially for our boxing class due to social distancing, but we are very lucky we can still exercise away some of this stress and anxiety. I'm also in t...he process of making some changes and having classes and pt sessions available to you all in the case of a lockdown. Exercise and also that support, human connection will be very important for all our mental health in the weeks and months to come. In the mean time, stay calm, remain positive and we can all get through this together (If anyone is struggling a bit mentally at the moment, please reach out to me, you know I always have an ear x ) See more

01.01.2022 Hello everyone, it's been awhile since I have posted ! I have been getting a few inboxes asking if classes have returned. Although I can have 9 of you in class outside, I am playing it safe and waiting to see what happens with all these restrictions being lifted. I would hate to have us all back in a routine only for us to all have to go into lock down again a few weeks later. I'm still doing zoom sessions for those that want it and I'm also doing one on ones and small groups of up to 3. I hope you are all well and staying sane. I will keep you all posted on the changes and when class will return x
