24.01.2022 After 203 weeks of washing between 2 and 7 loads of cloth nappies every week (approximately 1000 loads or 13,000 nappies in total!) it looks like my cloth nappy journey is on pause for another 4 months (with the exception of night nappies which will just get washed with regular laundry as needed) Wow! Adding it up like that its a staggering number of nappies saved from the landfill!

22.01.2022 Aaaaah I'm at Playgroup with my kids and just overheard two old ladies (great grandmothers) discussing how cloth nappies aren't any more environmentally friendly.than cloth because "an experiment proved cloth uses just as much water and electricity" wrong wrong wrong! But I'm not the type to jump into another conversation so instead I'm just sitting here fuming and planning to bring an info sheet to hang on the bulletin board next week.

19.01.2022 Apologies about the missing post with my wipes special. I went to edit it from my tablet and it deleted instead and now my tablet isn't playing nice. For those who saw the original deal I have added 3 wipes to it so 25 wipes for $25 postage inclusive (within Australia). I will repost the whole this as soon as my tablet cooperates or Mr Crunchy finishes on the computer.

16.01.2022 I scored a free sewing cabinet yesterday (yay! I've been wanting one for ages) and my kiddos now think the space left by folding out the table makes the greatest play space. Apparently it's the "saucininny" Just waiting on my new overlocker as my old one keeps having hissy fits and I decided isn't worth repairing again and I'll be one happy mama <3

15.01.2022 I haven't been actively selling in ages apart from the occasional market here and there, but I am moving overseas and have a lot of items (not just nappies) that must be sold. I will be listing everything within the next coming days. In addition to new stock, I will also be selling second hand nappies that were used by my own children.

07.01.2022 Well I was going to share some photos of the recent projects I've been working on, but my camera cable is missing so it will have to wait... But the custom orders will be ready for posting tomorrow, and I'm working on a small stocking of sublimation minky nappies for next week so stay tuned for sneak peeks when I find my cable.:) I hope you're all having a great week!

06.01.2022 Yesterday was the Big Move and my sewing room is starting to take shape, albeit slowly. My sewing room needed a good cleaning and rearranging anyway so that's one blessing of a move ;) now to keep fabric neatly on shelves once its all unpacked instead of vomiting all over the room :p

03.01.2022 Just a Bit Crunchy is currently closed for customs until at least mid July as we are moving house. Current orders will still be completed within the quoted time frame, and in stock nappies will be available for purchase still though shipping times may be delayed. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

02.01.2022 Flannelette "pocket" wipes (with an open end to wear on your hand for messy clean ups, or to use as a bath mitt etc) will be increasing in price to $1.15 on 1 May. In the meantime stock up now with 25 assorted wipes for $25 including postage anywhere in Australia. You can choose a boy,girl, or mixed pack and will receive a random assortment of wipes in 5-6 prints. Stock is limited so first come first served. ***Not necessarily these prints as most of these are no longer available and I have many more not pictured***
