18.01.2022 I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Angéline’s dreadlocks today. Angéline had had synthetic dreadlocks installed and wanted them removed so I could instead install human hair extensions and do some maintenance on her locks as well. I don’t use synthetic hair at @justapeach__ as it often doesn’t last long term and can sometimes have a rough plastic feel to it and also can’t be dyed. 16.01.2022 So I’ve finally mastered the detachable hair wraps! I spent the day looking out onto the mountains getting inspired creatively and I find it always lifts my mood as well. The wraps basically loop in to your hair and can be worn with or without dreadlocks The great thing about them being detachable is that you can also remove them before you get into the shower so they don’t sit soggy in your hair At the moment I’m making them $25 each or two for $40 postage is $5 anyw...here in Australia but I can also post overseas! 12.01.2022 4/5 head of dreads with real hair extensions and loose hair on top for Kath. What a beautiful journey with this lovely woman. We started 6 months ago with just a couple of rows as Kath was nervous but excited about getting dreadlocks, and now she has most of her hair dreadlocked. Kath has reasonably fine hair so the extensions helped to thicken and lengthen her dreads. As she has a lot of darker hair underneath so we matched the extensions to that hair and got progressively l...ighter as we added more rows. The results are beautiful and I’m so happy that she’s delighted with her journey. So many of my clients if they’re new to dreads or want to ease into the journey I often suggest starting with just a couple of rows.
