25.01.2022 So, the windscreen weve been waiting 8 weeks for finally turned up today and, surprise! Its the wrong one. Having expressed my disappointment at this I received a phone call this afternoon saying that they had found the right one and it had been fitted and the paperwork left in the bus for me.........excellent!

25.01.2022 Another bus serviced, fixed and passed annual inspection, another happy customer.

24.01.2022 Summer is fast approaching...dont forget that we specialise in air-cons for cars as well as buses and trucks.

24.01.2022 Im really good at science and physics which is why I understand how air-conditioning works...........this scooby though would appear to have been fitted with the optional voodoo air-con that works by black magic........but I do love dressing up to go looking for leaks.

23.01.2022 Sometimes they dont make it to the workshop without some help......

22.01.2022 We can do this for your bus too........

21.01.2022 Its about time we had mandatory drug and alcohol testing.

20.01.2022 2 compressors, 4 Schrader valves, 1 Tx valve, all new seals twice, dashboard out twice, everything tests perfectly, vacuum test, pressure test, leak test. Performs great for a few weeks and then just stops. Now, new clutch on the compressor, new seals all round, new Schrader valves, vacuum test, pressure test, We will not be beaten by this !

20.01.2022 yes, we do bodywork.

19.01.2022 Even the dog has to wear hi-vis in this whacky world.

19.01.2022 Here we go again...we need a crankshaft timing cog for a Holden Rodeo of which there are thousands in WA. Nope, has to come ex east and wont be here until the middle of next week. Absolutely ridiculous!

19.01.2022 Strange beings in the lunch room............

18.01.2022 We have been asked to wave our magic wand over this. :O

18.01.2022 Now tip it the other way!

17.01.2022 Ive seen some damaged heads due to overheating over my lifetime but this takes the biscuit. The engine was so hot it caused the metal in the head to melt and bubble. All because the driver thought that even though the temp needle was off the scale it would be alright to carry on up Greenmount hill in the little bus with a huge trailer on the back to get home. Needless to say the engine in now beyond repair.

17.01.2022 We just love these old girls in our workshop. Another Leyland to work our magic on......

16.01.2022 Just before you rush out and buy one of these....they are the same type of batteries that grounded the new A380 until they were replaced and are the same type of batteries that now are being rumoured as a possible reason for the demise of MH370! Several cars have gone on fire because of these batteries and we will not have them in our workshop due to the dangers when servicing them including possible fire and fatal electrocution. http://au.news.yahoo.com//mitsubishi-milestone-with-hybri/

15.01.2022 Saw an electric car on the way in this morning and the rather smug rego was NIL CO.........err, no and thats just to charge the nasty Li-ion batteries.......

15.01.2022 Another bus being retro fitted with seat belted seats.

13.01.2022 A bit better signage on the van........

13.01.2022 We congratulate our apprentice, Iain, on becoming a fully qualified mechanic today. Well done Iain!

13.01.2022 . Great idea, stops carjacking and, in the event of a crash, helps too keep the doors closed thus maintaining the rigidity and integrity of the car. Problem. The doors unlock when you engage park in an auto or when you push the stop button or pull the key. Some, but not all, unlock the doors when the airbags are deployed, however, in the unlikely event of an on board fire, thats not the result of a smash the doors just might remain locked. This is why in my self locking car I have an emergency hammer and seat belt cutter. I also have a fire extinguisher, but thats just the way I am, very cautious.

13.01.2022 Sometimes you just have to dig a bit deeper........

13.01.2022 Were looking for some new old parts for a Hino bus like this one pictured. Specifically the fluid flywheel flange seal. Thanks.

12.01.2022 Ive seen some dirty fuel filters over the years but this one takes the biscuit!

09.01.2022 Yes, we do service and repair bendy buses and, yes, we can reverse them into our workshop!

07.01.2022 Just serviced a customers Triton with 30k on the clock. Had to resort to the shop vacuum to clean out the air intake side of the engine and throw away the manky filter. Last service was 7,500ks ago by Mitsubishi............they never even opened the air box let alone serviced it........pick your mechanic!

07.01.2022 Another rescue underway by Just Buses

06.01.2022 Busy pl;ace today and lots more waiting to come in....fantastic.

06.01.2022 I'm really good at science and physics which is why I understand how air-conditioning works...........this scooby though would appear to have been fitted with the optional voodoo air-con that works by black magic........but I do love dressing up to go looking for leaks.

06.01.2022 Sometimes we just have to be a little creative.

06.01.2022 Stripping this out for a customer and fitting the engine and gearbox to another bus.

06.01.2022 Some 20" bling for a customers hot rod, nice.

06.01.2022 Why we wont service or repair gas buses.

05.01.2022 Off to Coolgardie in the morning to fix the gearbox in a 1953 AEC Regent 111 that neither the new owner nor the local mechanics have the first clue about. Pick your mechanic......

05.01.2022 Another customers bus in for some TLC

03.01.2022 Just love this........

02.01.2022 We're looking for some new old parts for a Hino bus like this one pictured. Specifically the fluid flywheel flange seal. Thanks.

01.01.2022 Thats that air-con working then..........
