25.01.2022 WERE STILL OPERATING AND OPEN FOR BUSINESS The COVID-19 Coronavirus is having a significant impact on the lives of all Australians. While we are all in uncertain, difficult and somewhat confusing times, Just Dogs would like to inform our customers that we are still operating and open for business.... As the current situation regarding COVID-19 continues to evolve it is appropriate that Just Dogs adjusts its practices to ensure safety to our staff, customers and all parties involved. We request that only one customer be in our reception at a time. Please wait in your car/outisde until the salon is empty. - Were asking our team members to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. - Practise social distancing in the salon, if you would like your dog bought in from the car! Please make sure you let us know. Payments by EFPOS will be the same, but we will make sure we wipe the screen before and after every transaction. Whilst we are doing our best to maintain correct procedures during this time, Just Dogs, also hope that our customers do the same. If yourself or a family member have been in contact with a confirmed case, or have placed yourself in self isolation please let us know so we can respond accordingly. Just Dogs will continue to adapt accordingly to expert advice to ensure that the community well-being, and health of our staff & customers are our number one priority. Please keep in mind this is a very fast moving situation and what works today may be irrelevant tomorrow. We would like to reassure you that Just Dogs is here to help and doing our best to ensure continuity of service during these challenging times.

13.01.2022 To our valued customers of Just Dogs. From tonight, Monday the 30th of March we will be closing our salon until further notice. The health and safety of our customers, the community & the advice from the government is the reason for this decision. We hope to prevent people from leaving their home unnecessarily & risking their own health and others. All future bookings will be cancelled until further notice. Once we re-open and business resumes as normal all current bookings w...ill still stand and will receive a text confirming the appointment the day prior. To all customers whove had their appointments cancelled, we will contact you upon re-opening to reschedule you. Please know this hasnt been an easy decision, but we believe its in the best interest for our community. Stay safe and we look forward to seeing you once this crisis is over. 07.01.2022 WE HAVE RE-OPENED! Woohoo We apologise for the delay in announcing it, but we have been super busy re scheduling dogs that missed out while we were closed. If we havent called you yet to reschedule, we will aim to contact you all next week. If your dog already has their next appointment scheduled, they may have to wait until then. Please know that we will have to adjust some appointment times & will appreciate your kindness & understanding if this will effect you as th...is is stressful time for us as well. If you are calling for an appointment, please be patient with having to wait a little while for a booking. We are taking all precautions & doing all we can to make the salon safe for both staff and customers. We have a limit of one customer in the salon at a time & have hand sanitiser outside for you to use before entering the salon. If you have anything major to discuss about your dogs grooming, please call prior to the appointment to help limit contact. Please Maintain social distancing whilst I store & stay behind the tape. IMPORTANT - If you are feeling unwell, at risk or over 70, Please reschedule your appointment or ask someone to bring your dog for you.
