22.01.2022 THE STAGE IS CALLING! Let’s hear it for our dancers who are FINALLY going to step out on the stage this coming Sunday at JFF’s End of Year Concert Day held in January! They have worked so hard; we couldn't be prouder of our 2020 dance teams. See you all on Saturday for Rehearsals before the BIG DAY!

21.01.2022 Dear JFF Members, As outlined in previous communications the health and wellbeing of our members remains our highest priority. Under the recommendation of Federal/State Government & Local Public Health Authority’s - today’s announcement on new restrictions to reduce the COVID-19 spread due to the recent cluster outbreak in SA will see our 2020 END OF YEAR CONCERT DAY CANCELLED. ALL Classes as of Tuesday 17 Nov are likewise cancelled in line with restrictions released by our ...premier today. As of midnight tonight we are under direction to cease all activity within our two studios (until further notice) and are required to abide back to the one person per four square metres rule in entertainment venues/theatres. This has created a situation where our concert day is unfortunately unmanageable. This outcome obviously comes as an incredible disappointment and blow for everyone involved with the company, from dancers, to teachers, staff, volunteers, costumes makers, parents & friends we are all impacted by the mandated heightened restrictions. We are however, working on the possibility of re-scheduling our concert day to a date much closer to Christmas (if theatre bookings & restrictions permit). In a scenario where we are only closed for two weeks we think this could still be doable (knowing most of our students retained dance routines after a 10 week break back in Term 2!). However, we do need to wait this out for a few days to see how events pan out. In the case that our concerts will not be re-scheduled full refunds on tickets will be made via trybooking directly back into the credit card account which was used for purchase. As you are all aware our term was due to finish in two weeks and now facing a two week forced closure we are looking at a very abrupt end to the year. One that has hit us, quite unexpectedly! The things that are clear at the present moment are: All classes as of midnight tonight (from Tuesday 17 Nov) are cancelled. JFF End of Year Concert Day, Sun 22 Nov On Hold (until further notice, pending a re-schedule) Presentation Week Classes cancelled (medallions & gifts will be awarded to students when we see them next, TBC) Audition Night Thurs 3 Dec pending restrictions (TBC) As always we are here for you. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. We may not always have the answer but we will certainly try to put your mind at ease. To our Beautiful Students who have worked so hard for Sunday keep your chin up and roll with the punches, your ability to laugh and be adaptable at times like this makes you stronger. 17.01.2022 Don't forget, enrolments for 2021 opened today for our current students! Please go to the website to register for your class. Every student must re-enrol as places are not held from year to year. Make sure you enrol this week, as classes open to new students one week from today :-)

11.01.2022 Term 4 starts tomorrow! This is going to be a busy term, with 6 weeks of lessons until our Christmas concerts! We are all so excited that our dancers will finally get the chance to perform this year! Please make every effort to attend all of your classes so our teams can work together to create amazing performances!

10.01.2022 Today would have been our Mid-Year Concert Day, something all of our dancers, teachers and staff look forward to every year. Unfortunately it wasn't meant to be this time around. However we are grateful that SA is doing so well and we have been able to get back into the dance studio over these past three weeks. We hope all of our dancers have loved being back! Enjoy the next two weeks off, and we will see everyone back after school holidays, ready to learn new routines in Term 3! :-)

Due to the recent updates from the government regarding the easing of Covid-19 restrictions, we are pleased to announce we will be re-opening for classes from Thursday 11th June! Social distancing rules still apply and classes will be limited to 20, as per government regulations. We ask students and families to please let us know via email your plans in regards to returning to dance classes. ...
