This is to bring in your kind notice that my Brother Advocate Varun Gupta ...and my father Mr.Vijay Kumar accompanied me on Monday to IGI airport New Delhi date 24/02/2020 to drop me and my 9 year old son my flight was around 11:45 Pm to Singapore then from Singapore to Manila and the Manila to Melbourne. as I was visiting my family in the emergency as my Younger sister 27 years old had passed away in January. While on the way back after dropping us my family members were on the way back from New Delhi to Ludhiana. My Brother and Dad was coming from delhi airport after dropping me and my son around 5 am on 25 february 2020 , hundai i20car started following them. They were three person including my brother dad(paralysis patients) and taxi driver in inova taxi car My brother made a complaint on police helpline number around 5:10am.they stopped for refulling deisel in innova car while they were leaving indian oil petrol pump one car that i20car came and blocked there way, then four persons in civil uniform came out and STF incharge Ludhiana Harbans Singh started thrashing my brother advocate varun gupta by taking him out from the car. He told them that he is a advocate and lawabiding person but he continue slapp and punching him While raising lalkara he bashed him badly and slapped him 15-20 times and punched him in his stomach. Then amaze car which accompanied also stopped there. The said that they were police men but they were not wearing uniforms the harbans singh incharge of S. T. F Branch he braged Himself that he is S. T. F incharge and he will implant my brother in some false N. D. P. F. C if he raised any voice he also threatened my father who was lying in back seat of car he requested them not to torcher my father but he continued doing so. That he denoted my brothers details and said he will implicate him in false cases. Hecame back to Ludhiana and got his medicO legal report done (MLR). I request you to take an immediate strict action on the Concern STF incharge and his team accompanying him. I request all of my friends and group members to launch a complaint against this Officer Harbans Singh STF incharge Ludhiana on [email protected] Today it is happened to my family tomorrow can be anyone’s family.
