24.01.2022 I love pushing my body to the limit and setting myself a task .So Im going to be in full prep mode for 14 weeks with the objective of getting contest ready and beyond .There will be good days there will be dark days but pushing yourself through these dark days are what defines character and inner strength .If you have a goal no matter who says it's impossible just roll the dice and give it everything , Beleive in your self and go get what u came for :)

20.01.2022 O k so as we all know there are so many ways to diet and put on weight .For me personally my offseason diet right now consists of protein , carbs and about 10-15g of added good fats to my 5 meals a day .I also do Intra wk out carbs and post wk out shake . Intra -50-65g carbs Post wk out -75-100g carbs + 50g w p I ... It's important to remember fats have 9 calories per gram and carbs have 4 calories per gram So some people may work better having a lot more fat in there diets and less carbs which will Realy dramatically increase the calories for the day .While some one else may diet on moderate carbs and Le fats .Which ever way you choose follow things 100 % and the results will come :)

20.01.2022 Today is leg day and is prob gonna be the hardest leg workout I've done in many years due to having injuries for so today I'm gonna post all my meals I'll be eating for all my clients to see how I do this on leg day .Keep in mind this is what my body needs as everyone's body is different but I require a lot of carbs and over all food just to maintain my weight right now . Stay tuned meal 1 will be going up soon .

20.01.2022 Pics at 1 week out from my Inba client Mark Proctor .Only been helping Mark for 3 weeks and I'm super pleased with the changes we have made in his condition .Now to slightly deplete him and then load him and dry him out for next Sunday .This guy follows to the plan to the t and Is only gonna get better and better from here .

15.01.2022 We all have set backs sometimes all that means it's just a hurdle that slows us down temporarily .Dig deep and don't ever give up on your goal .Here's a little story that happend to me all from a contaminated muffin for my clients and anyone else that is interested in reading below . Unfortunately sometimes things just don't go exactly to plan and we have small speed bumps on the way .Heres an example -So last week my offseason was going well in a big way , my appetite was ...great , my body weight was starting to rise , my health felt great and I was booked in to finally get my major sleeping issues I have sorted not to mention I was hitting personal bests with everything all week .So Thursday comes and my training partner Shaun and I train legs and once again my strength is going up again and knee pain is not much at all on this day .We absolutely destroyed legs and glutes for 2 hours with 20 mins spin bike to help me strengthen my knees and to pump some extra blood in there . So our workout is done and I decide we both deserve a muffin with our protein post wk out .So we eat the muffins and fast forward to a few hours later Shaun has the runs and so do I .11 pm comes and I start vomiting I would say once every hour and on top of that its coming out the other end .So by 7 a m I had to have an injection to stop the vomiting . So Friday I ate like 2 dry biscuits all day and drank lots of fluids as well as some Gatorade here and there . So sat morning I get up I'm starting to feel slightly better and check my weight and I'm down 2.7 kgs just like that .So here we again the climb starts now once again .On the plus side my body has had a chance to rest so hopefully by tomoro I'll be back full steam and back into gaining weight . 12.01.2022 4 weeks of busting your ass every wk out and following my game plan for him to the t and 5 kgs leaner .We delivered this for our first show together .Mark worked his ass off and there's the reward .Now let's start the rebound phase .

12.01.2022 Thanks to my awesome client Meisha for bringing me a Suprise birthday present on birthday this morning before I trained her .I feel blessed to have a job that I can make a difference to people's lives by improving there bodies and helping them reach there goals.This makes my 12 hour days worth it .

05.01.2022 A new client of mine I've been working with for 10 days now .Yes he was lean before we started so my job here is to put the finishing touches on with deeper seperation in between the muscles and more detail to the back and glutes .So far things are going to plan with -14 days left we are nearly ready :)

04.01.2022 Just did a massive Back work out had my 2 scoops Iso 100 and my 100g carbs thanks to sponsor Sup War Fare now 1.5 hrs later I'm eating meal 2 . Roughly 20 pieces Sushi has been a daily post wk out meal on my hardest training days in my quest to gain as much quality weight as I can .
