21.01.2022 Hey guys and gals If anyone’s not currently training at a gym, you’re welcome to come down and check out Anytime Fitness Rothwell. No commitments, friendly people, great value, access to all clubs. I also host a general fitness/bootcamp/boxing group session for members and non members every Saturday at 7am outside the club if you would like to attend. It’s a great chance to meet like-minded people and take advantage of the extra lift and motivation that comes with group exercise!

He preps his meals and throws heavy objects around no less than 5 hours a week. here’s a shot of his impressive conditioning in a confined space and also lurking in the wilderness... You’re a legend mate keep at it. All abooooooard!
