23.01.2022 Hi everyone! Long time no speak. I have had a few people get in touch to try to understand how they can continue to workout at home. 1. YouTube. There are a bazillion workouts on there. ... 2. Join a program. 3. Do something live with other folks - I'll be doing online workouts with you from Wednesday. Yes, let's do body weight but we can also use bands, dumbbells and whatever you have lying around the house. Starting at 7am Mon- Fri and we'll see how we go. Group workouts are by donation only. I'll be ready to go on WEDNESDAY this week. The aim of the workouts: *Stay accountable *Connect with other people *Have fun at home but not necessarily on your own. This is how it will work: IT GOES LIKE THIS... Purchase your group workout or training session - BY DONATION ONLY Fill out the waiver and consent forms and send in Receive an email from me with an invitation to join the next workout offered. Download the ZOOM app on the media you will use for the session. Sign Up on the app before the first workout. You’ll receive an email with the link to be used for our workout (aka meeting) 5-10 min before workout time, simply click the meeting link found in the invitation email and join me for the workout! Can’t make it during workout time? NO WORRIES! Sessions will be recorded and posted in this MEMBERS ONLY FB group where you will be able to take the session at your convenience. 14.01.2022 We are online training via ZOOM each weekday morning at 6.30am. Each session is just 30 minutes long and payment by donation only. We have used dumbbells, benches and mats - if you don't have equipment, make do. Bottles of water, canned goods and small boxes weighted make excellent substitutes. ... This lock down is looking to be around 6 months long so we are trying to get a regular practice in place. You may as well come out of hibernation looking and feeling fantastic.
