24.01.2022 Hexbar Deadlifts 200kgs+ That is a workout and a half, has been so so long since being able to train fully in a proper gym, I'm so glad the restrictions for Covid have eased as I am so excited to be able to train again, and push myself to the max. Need to burn off the extra Covid Weight and get back to my Pre Covid body, and finally put Muscle on the way I've wanted to for ages.
