15.01.2022 Just know, if you try not to pay for the clean that we have done, and there are no issues during inspection, then the property manager will actually pay us from your bond! So please just don't waste our time. We do a great job! It is only fair you pay us for it.

10.01.2022 Above and beyond service from our lot! Rod our carpet guy helping out todays clients by installing a door! He looks happy with himself doesnt he lol great work!

09.01.2022 As stated in the description, please describe your property in as much detail as possible. We need to know all things that may prohibit us from doing our job to our full potential! For example, a fully furnished property is not included in a standard bond clean price. That is extra. Cleaning and moving furniture takes a lot of time and effort. So please understand that if you are not willing to pay for our extra time and effort, that the bond guarantee will be voided! But if we are informed beforehand we can quote accordingly! Also- if you enter the property after we leave, or if you organise for your carpets to be cleaned after we have done the bond clean, those footprints that you leave all over the floor or the mess on the benches are YOUR responsibility! Please do not contact us, complain, and then send us back to clean your mess!
