22.01.2022 As I spoke about in my stories today, 2020 was a really difficult year for everyone. Personally, as a PT and having a day job too, I suddenly lost both my jobs and felt really lost and uncertain about my future. Through the support of my wife, I fought to find something positive in and make the most of each day. From buying bits and pieces of equipment just to continue to train each day for my sanity, a dream of a lifetime came true for me and I was able to open up my home tr...aining studio to welcome old clients and new. Through all the fear and uncertainty that was felt most of the year, I tried my hardest to turn each negative into a positive and find the good in so much bad. I sincerely hope 2021 is a good year for everyone. May it be filled with good health, peace and happiness for us all

17.01.2022 Bit of a taste of a boxing session here at Just Lift!! Boxing is such an awesome way to train the whole body, get your cardio fitness up and burn some serious calories. And I mean, come on, who doesn't like feeling like a ninja badass?
