20.01.2022 OKAY!!! So as you all probably know I grew up in Geelong and finished off my high school education at Sacred Heart College, I’m just going to let you guys in on my experience at an all girls school and fitting in. It probably hit me in Year 8, that for me personally, things were changing. Most girls began to experiment with make up for all different reasons maybe to stay up with the latest fashion or for some real issues of self-confidence caused by our skin having those teen...age breakouts. Let’s be honest when most of us started wearing makeup, including myself, we had no idea about colour matching #ompalompaalert. Being and eczema sufferer as well as having really bad breakouts I definitely came under that category and found myself extremely self-conscious of my skin, so unbeknown to my mum Julie, I would constantly be sneaking into her makeup bag to use her compact, it was too dark for my skin tone. I came under the category of girls who were self-conscious and had absolutely no idea what they were doing as far as applying makeup went, finally after a hard day at school I broke down and came home crying to Mum due to myself and other girls being laughed at, at school because we had orange faces. As Mum’s do, Mum took immediate action and had me booked in to have my makeup professionally colour matched and to have a few simple tips on how to apply makeup. So without any further ado I’d like to offer all the amazing ladies on here and your gorgeous daughters the same opportunity that my mum gave me as a teenager, which simply is to have your makeup professionally colour matched and a quick easy tutorial on makeup application so that you and your daughters can be completely confident with the skin you’re in. And this is why I am creating a business, to help young teenage girls to have the same opportunities that my mother gave me at this age that is quite confusing and sometimes embarrassing. I want to help girls to be confident in their own way in their own skin naturally.
