12.01.2022 I've been making some meals for a family with a young child battling cancer of late. I am time poor, & I have a tiny kitchen, so I decided to challenge myself by using only Cookidoo & my TM6 to cook nutritious meals in under 30mins. The sticky chilli beef was cooked (stir fried) in under 20 mins & smells amazing! Recipe is on Cookidoo.

It's great to make it for a regular treat, or it can be made for special occasions such as a 21st or Wedding cake, which I have done several times. It can also be made into muffins or cupcakes. Freeze them, then reheat them like a pudding for a dessert & serve with cream or custard. Yummo!! Have you made this before?

08.01.2022 After a really long day of work & problem solving with training room & shop issues, then spending 4 hrs in Bunnings (who does that, eh?) hubby & I are having a treat. G/f spaghetti made with Mad creations easy lasagne sauce..... Cause it's the best tasting & easiest to make in the TM6.... Note it's position in our new kitchen, overlooking the only window upstairs, but next to a/c.... Yeah good spot! The left overs will be made into Moussaka, so 2 dishes.... Winning

06.01.2022 First time cooking a stir fry in the TM6 with the high temp feature. It was super fast to make (apart from marinating for 30 mins prior) & super delicious. Best 'fake away' ever!! Recipe found on Cookidoo.... Sticky chilli beef

03.01.2022 When you are unwell & need get well soup, look no further. I converted this curry into a soup by adding in 500ml of chicken bone broth, sambol oeleck, vermicelli noodles & garnished with fresh chilli, coriander & shallots. All made in the TM6 in under 20mins. It was nicer than any lasksa I have had in Darwin. It made 4 large serves & this is the second time I made it in the past few days.
