14.01.2022 What a start to my day. Day in day out the smallest things can trigger my depression and just depression kicks in, I can also get a comment like below that gives me renewed strength! Thank you for sending me your fabulous feedback. Cheers Stu I received my little book today and it is so recommended for anyone who has gone through suicide thoughts and really just want to give up but after reading the book it is very powerful and will definitely be going everywhere with me...

04.01.2022 Hi all, a number of people contacted me about this story on ACA this week. I feel it was worthy of my time to watch it. The takeaway from this segment is that the ‘elephant in the room’ is all too often a subject many do not want to discuss. ... When I finished my book I was confident it would help 1000’s. What I didn’t expect was that the book has become the perfect vehicle to start conversations. Even within my own family, my mum learned via the book just how much I have struggled. And vice versa I’m also learning about her battles with self harm. The groups numbers are growing daily which is fantastic! We as a community can play our part in supporting others and hopefully forcing the hand of Government to get off their bums and double, treble some meaningful action to help people dealing with mental health issues.
