23.01.2022 Next 10 week challenge starts 23rd of Jan. Until then we are running free sessions at Hawthorne Park on Wednesdays at 5:40am and Kangaroo Point on Thursdays at 5:45pm. Come along and try out a free session and possibly even bring a training buddy.

21.01.2022 Time to work off your Christmas Cheer? New 8 week challenge starts Monday, February 2nd. Plenty of sessions to choose from. Only $199 if you join before January 30th. The early bird rate has been extended for an extra 3 days.

19.01.2022 Next 8 week challenge starts Monday 20th of April. Until then Wednesday mornings at Hawthorne Park at 5:45am are free sessions for anyone to come to. Also Thursday nights at Kangaroo Point at 5:45pm are also free trial sessions.

15.01.2022 New 8 week challenge starts when school goes back! In the mean time Wednesday morning at Hawthorne Park and Thursday night and Saturday morning at Kangaroo Point will be running as free trail sessions for anyone to come and try.
