02.01.2022 Every now and then you receive feedback from people... Tonight we received this feedback for a bike coaching course we conducted last October. Hi Rachel and Jason, I just found your card and am finally able to give you some written feedback.... To refresh your memory, my family came to the ride day you had for kids in Toormina last year. Both of my kids had a great time and picked up confidence and skills. I was super impressed with the way you engaged the kids. I also really appreciated the time you found to talk to myself and my husband. The repairs to my daughter's bike and the techniques you covered may have actually saved her life the very next week. She was riding down a hill at speed when a car came through an intersection unexpectedly. When she got home she told me she had used the emergency stop methods, straightening and bracing her arms and was able to avoid a collision. She is also pretty certain that the replacement tyre you provided enabled her to slow down and stop effectively. The kids are still riding their bikes daily to and from school as well as to the shops and pretty much anywhere else they want to go within riding distance. Thankyou once again for sharing your skills and knowledge. I hope you are able to continue to deliver this amazing program into the future.
