22.01.2022 A very sad day for the residents and friends of Jutland Court. Dear old Henry, my musical mate and dad of little Lacey the rescue dog passed away. I will miss his Hello Jodi from the window as I pull up in my car, his amazing guitar playing, his incredible fish cakes and chilli concoctions, his cheeky jokes and imaginative conspiracy theories. He will he sadly missed by his mate Nigel and all the residents of our lovely building. . Rest in Peace

14.01.2022 HENRY'S TUNA FISH CAKES (Yummiest Ever!) 2 x 225ml cans of Tuna in Oil 1.5 tablespoons of granulated garlic 1.5 tablespoons of Moroccan Spice 4 x Eggs... 2 x Leeks (sliced thinly) 3-4 cups of Self Raising Flour 1 tablespoon of salt 1 tablespoon sweet paprika 1/2 teaspoon of chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon of ground pepper (And I like to add a cup of cooked brown rice) Slice Leeks, Add all dry spices and mix. Add all wet spices plus fish and all oil out of tin. Add flour gradually until forming nice firm cakes. Pan fry in olive oil. ENJOY!
