25.01.2022 When was the last time you had your brake fluid inspected or replaced? Brake fluid is apart of every manufacturers service schedule, generally required every 3 years or 60,000kms. Neglecting brake fluid causes safety concerns such as a spongy/weak brake pedal or blocked brake lines. This type of fluid is hygroscopic which means it absorbs moisture/water over time & could eventually cause air locks in your braking system.... Don't look past such a simple & affordable service your car needs. Get in touch & message the team for any more info!

23.01.2022 But wait theres more.. Another one of Ram's immaculate beasts hidden away. He brought his 1999 Honda Integra DC2 Type R to us to give it a full check over & rectify a few small issues. One being his A/C was not performing 100%. We found the airconditioning system to be low on gas. With no visual leaks present we opted for a full regas service. After gassing up the system his a/c is now performing at an optimum 8 degrees celcius at idle . We advised Ram to monitor the car fo...r the time being. His next issue was a fuel smell when parking the car. We removed all the trims covering the fuel tank lines & found recent drip marks along the overfill bypass trim. Inspection found the fault to be caused by a faulty fuel cap pressure relief valve. Ordered a new fuel cap overnight from Honda Australia & will be replacing it for him shortly. No issue too big or small. We pride ourselves in making sure we do our utmost to rectify any small gremlins our customers may encounter.

18.01.2022 Khai's 2012 Toyota Corolla. We have been maintaining his Toyota Corolla since brand new. 18.01.2022 Andrea's 2015 Mazda CX5 - Hit & Run Damage. After a minor hit & run incident, Andrea contacted us to arrange repairing her RHR quarter panel + RHR door. Supplied and installed a brand new Genuine Mazda wheel arch trim and rectified any scratches from the accident. Not only saving money on her insurance premium but also a speedy turnaround. 14.01.2022 Following on from the previous post - Noisy idler pulley due to worn out bearings. This pulley should be close to quiet, not notchy & squeaky. Another satisfied customer

14.01.2022 Sebastian's 2008 Audi A4. Returning to us to carry out his scheduled minor logbook service. Penrite Ultra Fully Synthetic engine oil, Hengst oil filter, new sump plug + washer.

14.01.2022 Here we have David's 2006 Honda Accord Euro. Towed in to us to rectify an overheating issue. A quick pressure test showed a large crack from the upper radiator tank. We supplied & fitted a Koyorad radiator with a new radiator cap as the old one had deteriorated. Upon bleeding the cooling system we noticed the engine was getting warm too quick. We removed the thermostat housing and found a previous mechanic had removed the thermostat! Installed a new thermostat + housing, bl...ed the cooling system and the car is now running at a optimum 80-90 degrees. Cleared all logged codes, degreased & washed the engine bay, road-tested with no further faults. David insisted we carry out a minor service while the car was in our care. New oil filter + Penrite Ultra fully synthetic engine oil. The car was picked up and he was amazed at how much better the car felt. We use only the highest quality parts here at JV Autoworks. 13.01.2022 Another failed alternator on Allan's Honda Accord Euro. The team responded to him in Bonnyrigg Heights & found the alternator had failed, charging the battery at a low 11.8volts. Supplied & installed a reconditioned unit which includes 6 months parts & labour warranty. Charging the battery at a healthy 14.0volts, Allan's Accord Euro was back on the road within the hour. We saved Allan an expensive repair bill as he would of had to tow the car to his local mechanic to get the car diagnosed & repaired. Another happy customer added to our books

11.01.2022 Jimmy's 2007 Honda Civic FN2R - Battery light on dash & whining noise from engine. We carried out a full battery system test. Results show the alternator was struggling to supply voltage to the battery under load (11.98v). We replaced the aged alternator, followed by a new drive belt, idler pulley + auto tensioner due to bearing wear causing the whine. Following these repairs we carried out a complimentary health check for Jimmy as he had an engine light on. Diagnosed, supplied & fitted a new knock sensor aswell. Cleared all logged codes, roadtested all ok. Alternator output is now at a healthy 14.6v

10.01.2022 Damien's 2014 Subaru WRX - In for a logbook service + installation of mods. We carried out a minor service with additional extras including a brake fluid flush, rear differential flush and a manual transmission flush. Using all Penrite Pro fluids. The team also installed a GFB diverter valve, Perrin oil restrictor valve & finally an Invidia stainless steel turbo back exhaust. ... Damien's WRX is now sounding, looking & most importantly performing at its best

02.01.2022 2007 Honda S2000 Major Service. Ram's immaculate Honda S2000 which we had the privilege of working on. Recently purchased, his goal was to get the car back to showroom condition. Having quite a poor service history, we carried out a full service which included replacement of every filter, fluids & oils throughout the car using 99% Genuine Honda parts. Finding absolutely 0 faults or issues with the car we carried out a light detail before it gets sent for paint correction & p...rotection. 01.01.2022 Another one bites the dust...! The team were called out to Bonnyrigg Heights to diagnose & repair Andrew's Honda Accord Euro. Once again, another failed alternator. We replaced the worn unit with a reconditioned genuine part. Finished off with a diagnostic scan & cleared all current & history fault codes. Alternator output now at a healthy 14.1volts....
