Improvement of the day has to go to this young quick, who has been working very hard to remove a "hop" off the wrong foot within the delivery stride. After drilling this movement pattern specific for a front on action, we are seeing some great results to create a very efficient transition through the crease.... 12.01.2022 Shot Harry! First session into the academy for young Harry, where we were working on balance at the crease, maintaining side on shape whilst hitting straight. Harry is still building up the strength to have a higher front elbow, supported by a more dominant top-hand grip on the bat, however is playing this one nice and late....
