20.01.2022 We are very proud to announce our support for the Golf Day Charity at Twin Creek Country Club! JW Engineering were Hole Sponsors for the Ambrose Golf Tournament, last Friday 21/06/19. We sent 4 of our greatest Golfers to the Tournament, and not only did the guys have a fantastic time, over $22,000 was raised for the Cancer Council.

20.01.2022 Thanks to our team who completed the challenging Outrigger Replacement job! We were tasked with removing and installing new outrigger drive assembly to filter assembly. This job wasnt without its challenges of poor lighting, small spaces and no direct overhead access, but we succeeded and ensured a safe and quality job was completed.

19.01.2022 Thank you to the team for another successful project! We were tasked with removing and re-locating a Manual Loading Station, along with modifying length of Dolly Loader Roller Table Bed by 1200mm to ensure unit would fit in new location and be able to used. The pressure was on, as we had to complete this in a short time frame, taking into consideration the clients production constraints.

10.01.2022 Fault Find/New Install: During an inspection, our Team found a crack in the full circumference of HSR Shell. To fix this for our Client, we had to disassemble the guarding, hoppers, roller lathe, Jacking screws and retaining plates in preparation to lift the roller from the conveyor, so we could repair the shell. We dismantled the shell from the shaft, and prepared the new shell. The new unit was then assembled, and installed for our Client.... Thanks to our Team for adhering to all Safety Procedures, and getting the job done right! See more

08.01.2022 STACK REPAIR: Following an urgent call from our client, we were tasked to remove rusted, falling exhaust stacks from the top of the production facility. To do so, we used a 135 foot boom lift and a 100 tonne crane. Once removed, 4 new units were fabricated and installed. We achieved this on time, with zero safety incidents, and no operational hold ups for our client.
