24.01.2022 Grubs eye caught the flash as I took a pic of her on the verandah at Thallon. There's a massive windstorm blowing and she's not at all concerned about it. Not a bit!

22.01.2022 Grub and Flick in their dogbox at work. They have shade and water and don't make a mess. Good girls. We're going mustering for a couple of days or so after the harvest is done. Sometime in the next few weeks or month or so...

22.01.2022 Edited. Grub has busted a toenail on her front foot. Looks sore but she doesn't seem too bothered about it. Probably best to leave it to fall off. She'll probably chew it off... I took them for a swim in the river after work and it is gone now. Good girl Grub! I've put some Filtabac on it. Not bleeding or bothering her so all good it seems...

18.01.2022 Grub had this nasty looking lump come up on her eyelid for a couple of weeks, so I booked her in for a veterinary examination on Monday this week. Sometime on Sunday night it fell off! Isn't it always the way?? So I took her in anyway so they could give her a good looking over. They checked her eyes for tumours while we were there and she has been pronounced as fine. She is almost all pink skin with lots exposed around her face especially. So I've ordered a couple of doggie caps for her. Hopefully she'll like them enough to wear them. And hopefully Flick will leave them alone. When I get them I'll post a pic of her in them. There's a black mesh one and a pink and white striped one...

11.01.2022 A new day dawns and Grub and Flick are awaiting today's adventure.

09.01.2022 I've been working at Thallon, a couple of hours drive west of home, and staying out there. I'm home for the weekend and Grub and Flick seem quite happy to be home again. Grub has her ball and Flick has mum to chase hahaha.

01.01.2022 Grub and Flick decided the Moonie River at Thallon is okay. Better than none but not as good as the Macintyre at Goondiwindi is.
