06.01.2022 Some VISA applicants are saying you cannot apply for a visa because our borders are closed. WRONG. I can assure you percent that we are successfully lodging student visa applications , partner visa, business and skilled visas even though the Australian borders are closed to overseas travellers. 02.01.2022 The new COVID visa is for people who need to remain Australia during the pandemic It was a good idea but it has its problems You have to apply within 28 days of your visa expiring and you also have to prove you cannot find another Australian to fill the position. This is a difficult criteria to meet. Lots of clients would be better applying for visitor visas to stay in Australia lawfully! ... 02.01.2022 Another happy customer - We initially came to John and the team after lodging our own 309 Offshore Partner Visa.
